I wish to have an app created for my local company. It will require sync to [login to view URL] merchant services (single pay with remaining balance, subscriptions, etc), client login/registration and account details, share options, broadcast and selective announcements based on groups/attribute and chat features. If backend/server is required, we will do our best. Ideally, a dashboard to interpret client behavior would be ideal (ie: if not engaged, isolate app user/client) Developer must provide a no-wiggle-room nondisclosure and confidentiality agreement. No ownership will be granted for the concept or work, as this will be a free app. No royalties. Concept will be build initially (internally) using [login to view URL], but the developer has mostly carte blanch provided they can match the design to be similar to our website.
