I'm looking for an android app developer who can work with an existing app that I have to refine, modify and add functionalities. I need someone who can do both front and back-end. My app has two main functions: user initiated interactive marketing and messaging app. It was programmed by an oversea android developer. After the contract was up, I decided to localize the programming. I'm looking for someone living in Los Angeles County or Orange County, California. Please respond only if you are living around these areas. I have a working APK that I can share to discuss in more detail. (Note: I am not a programmer so I need help.)
