Json Python "Timeline" Code Website

I have just had a failed attempt using a freelancer that was unable to make any progress on this work. He did how ever make and attempt at the main architecture for the basis of the website. He sent me this which was created in python. It was just a start but DIDN'T implement the "multiple" timeline feature. It would be great if you could use his work and carry on where he finished. Website needs to be functional in 7 days time. Please search the site and see how the "excel spreadsheet timeline works. I would like to expand upon its purpose adding a few more features. the main one being Multiple Timelines to correspond on linearly on the time line. So for example the user can search up to 5 "characters" and then simultaneously have them displayed. There will also be a few other features that display other information about the "character" Our timeline should work the same using Excel to fill in the data and then publishing it to the web.
