Import complicated csv files to database with daily update

I need a script that imports to my database every row (product: name, price, description...) from a csv file. the file will be updated daily so i want that for my database too. The csv file is kinda complicated in some columns (category column for example has hundrents of different option and needs to transform to whatever i need). File contain about 800.000 rows, i would like the proccess to take less than 3-5 hours.
