I am facing an issue where certain products on my site aren't working correctly. When I add them to my basket they add much more expensive amounts to the basket, but then show basket is empty if I try and progress/check out. I need this matter resolved urgently in order to continue normal operation of my website as it's affecting people's ability to buy
