Fix Urgent 1 page checout issue in Magento 1.8

I have a problem on my 1 page checkout that I need resolved ASAP. Upon entering details (customer name, address) the page freezes permanently. This was working fine a few days ago. It is happening on both the .com and .se sites. I need someone experienced with Magento 1.8 and web coding who can take a look at why the checkout request is timing out. Additionally there are a few other loose ends that I need done which I believe can all be completed very quickly in less than a few hours. These issues are: 1. Fixing the "Flex Library Not Loaded" Issue that pops up when logging into admin. I cannot edit/change or see my product photos. I believe this to be a permissions error. 2. Adding the line of code to install the trust seal on the homepage. The code needs to be added to the top left of the homepage. I can send you the code and a screenshot where the seal must go. 3.) Install the latest security patch if needed 4.) Removing the line of text that says edfef at the top header and footer of the homepage. If you are available TODAY to fix these issues, have experience with Magento, and web coding then please get in touch. I do not forsee these to be major issues but it is major in a sense that customers cannot complete the checout and get stuck.
