The aim of the project is to provide the facility to store and retrieve the data of the University, College and school separately. The project will provide the facility to enter and retrieve the data about the students of Universities, colleges and schools, including their result & their fee. This project will also provide the facility to enter and retrieve the data about the teachers of Universities, colleges and schools. 2. Scope: The project has been made basically to keep the record of manual work into computerized so that the load of the work for employees will be decreased. The database will be stored in computer rather than in register/manually. It will be easy for the management to store the information and fast accessing of information. This software will make easy fast processing and modification for the management of the software. 3. Features and benefits:  All the manual work will be converted into computerized so that the load of the work for employees will decrease.  The database will be stored in computer rather than in register/manually.  Easy to store information and fast accessing of information.  Accurate and timely control program.  Easy modification of the data.  To make it easy for fast processing and modification.  Easy retrieval of student’s record. 4. Processes: 1. Create separate options for storing and retrieving the data of the University, College and School. 2. All these options will allow the user of the software to enter and retrieve the data of different students including their fee and result and also about the teacher.\ 3. University, College and school will have different pattern of the data as the University will be based on semester system whereas College and school will be based on annual system. 4. Overview: Educational Institutes Record System (EIRS) is an application connected to the database EIRS stores and retrieve the data of different institutions and it is managed by the management or the user of the software to keep the record of different institutions. 8.
