Create a small Scavenger Hunt Canvas Game + Backend

I am searching for a developer who can accomplish the following task: I need a Website, that includes a big canvas, which loads a big image (a map). You should be able to zoom and move the map like google maps and also pinch and zoom on mobile. On the Map there will be flags displayed which, when you click on them, open up a multiple choice question. After answering the question (no matter if you we're wrong or right) you are able to go to the second flag (it changes colour) and the process repeats like a small scavenger hunt. The second part of the page is the backend. You should be able to: - Upload the map image - Set flags on the map - When you click on a flag you should be able to create the multiple choice question The map and the backend itsself won't be a lot of work, however I require high quality work, a sense of Design for the backend and mobile compatibility. If you think you can accomplish this task, please write a few sentences about your experience and how you would accomplish the task. The languages used should be HTML, PHP, SQL, JS (if needed). Attatched are pictures of how I imagine a Backend to be styled.
