2 Conflicting Wordpress Plugins - Quick Debug Fix

Hi there I have a magazine website that is using a Flipbook viewer that uses WEBGL 3D the one i am using currently uses JPG images to display to flipbooks and I have another plugin that I want to upgrade it to.... phasing out the old plugin that displays actual PDFs instead of JPGs, phasing out the old one will remove hundreds of thousands of jpgs off the server and essentially only be left with a few hundred PDFs, This will take me time But when I activate the new plugin... it all seems to work fine However the old plugin and existing magazines all come up with an error.
