I'm in the pre-planning phase of this project and just know high-level details. We need a 3D Cartoon Video that can run on desktop, laptop and mobile devices. It will have a few simple controls and it must query a database to get some customer information. Is PhotoShop After Effects the best tool for 3D Cartoon Animation? What about the controls? I hear that node.js or some other JavaScript libraries can be used to query the database. We will also have PHP. I'm very new to video animation and will need someone with a lot of experience to guide this project and advise us of the best technologies to use. Thanks!
