Hey Tom- Thanks for the detailed project description. I have over two years of experience building complex enterprise level Ruby on Rails applications and have been maintaining/fixing bugs in Rails applications for 4 years. I believe your project is within my realm of completion, however, the scope you have mentioned in the description will is a bit higher than the budget. I have broken the project down into a few milestones to give you a sense of what will need to be accomplished. I will be putting 20 hrs a week towards the project and will be able to get on Video/Call on a weekly basis. Approximately you can expect me to hit each of the milestones every week which puts the project completion at 10 weeks. I will help you through maintaining it going forward and will fix any issues you may face for 3 months after the project is completed. Keep in mind hosting the application will cost you a monthly recurring charge from Heroku which may be in the order of $50 per month paid directly to Heroku.
