Build me a landing page

This will be one of many similar projects that we will be doing which means if we are satisfied with your work, then this will be a regular and ongoing work we will be asking for. This job is for the initial creation of a landing page AND uploading one digital product only. 1. Design a responsive high converting landing page on our existing website to sell our online course and link it to our Paypal account. NOTE 1: It is a Wordpress website 2. Create a thank you page. 3. Show us step by step how we can upload our product which is currently on a DVD onto the computer and then from there onto our website (e.g. linking to a thank you page where they can then download it once it has been paid for). This may involve converting MP3 into an MP4 NOTE 2: Once the customer has purchased the product they can download it onto their computer and watch it off line. 4. The landing page is SEO optimized i.e., needs to load quickly and be Woo Commerce compatible etc. 5. Help us to link it to our auto responder ‘Get Response’ so that they will automatically receive an initial email with an additional link to the download (in case they have trouble downloading it) and also so that we can send other emails/newsletter as and when we want to. 6. Show us how to change edit, modify the content on the landing page ourselves later 7. Provide us with a live demo of the site before delivery. 8. Include any essential/ necessary plugins. (if you suggest any others please confirm name and why you suggest them) NOTE 3: If you do suggest any plugins these should be free. 9. Complete any necessary revisions if required (this should not be many if the work completed is to our original specification as stated in these terms 10. Free support thereafter for as long as we need it (hopefully this should not be that long if the spec has been understood and followed as stated in these terms) 11. Make any recommendations on the home page of the website. 12. Create any relevant pages ie privacy, contact, disclaimer etc. 13. We want to do split testing on our product which would require us to create another landing page with all the links but with dummy texts so that we can do split testing of the product. Unless you can suggest a way which can be done on the same landing page. This will be a Work For Hire, meaning that we will own all rights to the finished work to use for whatever purpose and amend as we wish thereafter. Only apply if you agree with the terms. We are looking for a long term relationship with yourself and good, competent freelancer should be able to complete this task including good and clear instructions from the outset. We are expecting a lot of interest for this work we would strongly recommend that you quote a competitive rate so that you do not price yourself out of this and other projects. Thank you
