automated instagram mentions bot -- 2

-Only looking for programmer experienced with instagram and how they works What i have 1) 1 excel file with scraped data of usernames list 2) 1 notepad with my own instagram accounts + proxies(over 100 accounts) What i need A program that will do the following 1) load notepad of instagram accounts + proxies i owned onto program 2) load excel file to retrieve username list 3) target post url(the instagram photo url that i want to spam mentions on) 4) # of threads to use 5) delay settings 6) # of mentions per instagram account(example 8 mentions, so each of my instagram account will login to instagram, go to the target post, mention 8 usernames from the excel and comment, and then logout and continue login with next account to repeat actions) 7) comment box( apart from mentioning what i want to addon to the post) 8) log( to see the actions performed) Again, i need someone who are experienced with instagram to come out with this simple program, hit me up if u are able to do the require
