Job Site Functiona Update

BACKGROUND, The site you will be updating is [login to view URL], a jobs board for the oil and gas industry. PROJECT The project has three parts, 1st Currently when employers use our form to post jobs, it is only a simple text form. I would like them to have an option of modifying there advert so they can perform such actions as making text bold/italic, placing URLS, and bullets onto the posting. Using BBcode of some sort would be good, so that it has a similar layout to the of a phpbb forum, toolbar or button set. 2nd The resume search records return page requires an additional field already in the database, "resume description" placed under each record, and also the date last modified/created. I also need a "sort by" ascending / descending function applied so that employers can sort by date, name, location etc. 3rd A resume review page/tool where we, the site admins can review the uploaded resumes and apply a star rating, this graphic star rating would be displayed on the resume search response page. A similar look to that found here, [login to view URL] The database is mysql, pages use a mix of html templates/xml/php. The engine is based on the WebJobs product from webscribble.
