Joomla JomSocial tweaking required

I need a PHP programmer to add the following functionality to Joomla 1.5 JomSocial component. My client wants to build a Social Networking website for trades people in a European country for the construction industry. It is a website that wants to help link the trades people and the employers together more efficiently. The website should work much the same way as a dating website. So for example, you are a guy on the dating website and you have the options to pick your lady, you require for example, a woman with brown eyes, dark hair living in the area of God knows where …. And then you get a list of women and you then get to personally filter them down until you have a handful of options to get in touch with. It is much the same as the above in principle, but with more filtering options as the requirements for a Trades person can be varied and specific than a 'hot chick'. It needs: * a filtering system so that management can in seconds tick the requirements of the skilled trades person (which we will have available), so for example; Management wants a Carpenter who has X Y & Z certificates who is based in xyz and who is available instantly for work. * Payments and Subscription fees * The site would be a Hub for the construction industry so there are other sites under the one umbrella that are tailored for all the different aspects of the industry. We have based the sites as 1) RE: Apprentice which is a site for the apprentices, to try and get them into work etc 2) RE: Labourers, which is based for the unskilled people in the industry and 3) RE: Subcontractors.
