Basically, I tried everything I know how to do and need assistance.
I was forced to do a hasty server move in the last few days and now the vbulletin section of my website after restoring the database and files are returning blank/white pages.
I believe there are some offending files that are creating the errors (actually there are no signs of errors, no 403, 404, etc, ), and get this site functional again.
Files I have are an exact backup of the previous public_html folder on the old server.
I also have the 4.2.0 upload files fresh from Vbulletin which I've uploaded and did not change anything.
Something interesting to note is that the ADMINCP directory works, but the main pages for visitors do not. Also when I log in to the admincp, then visit the forum pages, I can see pages as if nothing is wrong. So there might be a problem, somewhere in the permissions for when a unregistered/not logged in user accessing the site.
I know it's not a server/[login to view URL] issue because I was able to install a fresh copy of Vbulletin and it works perfectly, but I don't need a new copy 4.2.2, this was just a test, I need the old copy version 4.2.0 back and running again.

What kind of environment is it? Is it a dedicated or VP server or a shared hosting environment? What kind of access can you provide? Some kind of control panel? SSH? I really need to check your log files. Do you now what PHP version was on the previous server and what version is on the new server? Same question for the database, most probably MySQL.
I am sure I can track down and if technically possible solve your problem.
