Hi, I am an experienced c#/java developer and I am just starting in the web scraping business. I made a bid for 14 days because I will be unavailable from Apr. 17 to 22. I don't think it will take that long to deliver but I want to be honest, since this would be my first job as a scraper I need to add some buffer. I don't think I will need the full 14 days and I will try to aim for a delivery on Apr. 25. I am using a tool called "abot" to scrape the web. This is an open source c# library so it requires a windows computer with .NET version 4 to run. I can either do the scraping for you and send you the output data (Excel, Xml, etc..) or I can provide a small program which can scrape the site for you and export the results. I am not sure if you need the program or not but for the review below I will assume that you will be using it. Below are the requirements of the product I would deliver. Any other requirements would be considered as extra and will not be covered by my the amount of my bid. 1. A simple UI with the possibility to define a range of page to scan for and an export button to export the scraped data once the scan is finish. 2. The export format is to be determined. I can export to xml or to a csv file which can be imported to excel. I am open to suggestions on the format but it could change my bidding quote.
