PHP Website Assembly (Possible Future Opportunities)

Our company is currently looking for experienced individuals as part of our web application assembly pipeline. Specifically we're looking for quick turnaround on small and medium sized application configuration tasks using our in house framework. This framework is written in php and runs against a database (Abstracted-- supports many) and is pre-configured in several base configurations, however these configurations needs to be customised on a per-project basis. Also, depending on the specification some CSS and Design ability may be required. The configuration process basically consists of first installing the framework on a given server (phpmyadmin/ftp details are given), then organising forms and pages to post/present data according to the specific needs of the client. Also some translation of design from image to CSS/HTML may exist depending on the project. Suffice to say, the degree of coding complexity from your point of view isn't that high. All application design is provided in an *extensive* specification document (including description of all form interactions, and database designs). As such we'd like bids for one such project, though a successful bidder who completes the work with relative expedience should expect *significant* ongoing work opportunities. For this project we just want a simple content management system, with a multi-tiered, page based menu system (should spit out a suckerfish style menu). All page editing should be done with the included rich text editor. The system also needs news and a small file upload utility. Everything should include full add, update and delete functionality (including file cleanup on the server). Example use of the code is provided, including managing users and the best day to lay out etc. A chosen bid will have to be able to work fast and cleanly, and be available on Skype for review of work. As such reasonable english communication skills are a must (though our staff are experienced and comfortable with speaking to english speakers internationally/esl speakers).
