Dynamic Sign Creation Program

Need a customizable program similar to this site's sign creation program: [login to view URL];style=3 We would PREFER this in Java Servlet Form but if no one can do that we can go with PHP. Due to our busy schedule we dont have time to create this one right now. Here are the specs: Customer wants to be able to add / changes fonts when required (up to 20 fonts will be used on the site at any given time. Color selections / shadow etc all required as per the above example. Once client generates their preview image it is to be saved to the server & an entry added to an MySql database so it can be referenced when needed by the site owner. Basically we need an EXACT copy of the example with all the same goodies and maybe a few more. Code must be professional / commented / modular and if via Java (once again prefered) per Java 2 standards. PER Prior agreements we CANNOT accept ANY bid from ANY company outside the US at this time...if that chages we will post new info.
