Website for large Dry Cleaners chain of stores

The website brief is available for download from this page as a PDF document. The objective is to design a website for a large dry cleaners store chain. The site will feature approximately 20 pages as well as a simple CMS (see site map which is featured in the site brief). The site is to be a non-Flash site. The simplistic CMS (Content Management System) needs to be very reliable, rock solid and professionally designed. The client would require the CMS to edit the "Our Specials" section only. The hosting is Linux based, so the server-side scripting will need to be written in php. I’m looking for a very talented designer with a proven ability to design websites of the highest standard in design and innovation. Brilliant design is of paramount importance and the winning bidder must be able to provide a list of URL’s of previously designed websites (NO PORN SITES!! NO TEMPLATES!!). Your best site is to be listed first (coders who I have worked with previously do not have to do this). Copy text and images have already been supplied by the client and have been uploaded to a directory on the server. The site also requires effective SEO (search engine optimization). There's an opportunity of more work for you if you can prove yourself. Any designer that does not respect the deadlines in place will risk arbitration. Regular progress reports are a must. I look forward to working with the winning bidder. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Must be able to run on IE, Firefox, Safari and other popular web browsers.
