540281 Penny Auction Swoopo/Telebid Modifications #2

I need modifications to my swoopo/telebid script. I need the following done: 1. Win limit for both day and month with a pop up box if the limit is exceeded. Reset at the first of every month. 2. Auction admin field for bids so that you can have a bid package auction. The field would be populated with the number of bids and after the auction is won and payed for the bids become the winners. 3. Group "My Bids" by auction on both the front end and back end. 4. Top main menu bar and bid balance should float at the top so it is always visible. 5. Admin setting for lockdown time on lockdown auction. Thanks and feel free to contact me with any questions.
