77968 Cheat Code Database

I am trying to build a large database of Cheat Codes and Strategy guides for a new site I'd like to build. I already have a staff of people willing to submit the codes and all so all I really need is the following: 1) A database to handle the codes. Will include fields for the codes, the Game Title, the console it is in, and perhaps links to any online strategy guides or what have you that may be online. 2) A way for my staff of people to submit the codes. Should be a form based webpage or something so that people can enter in the Game, select the Console, type in all the Cheats, and hit enter. A way to batch process cheats would be nice too, so that I may upload a bunch of text files (one per game or something) and have it so that it can upload all of the data automatically. Each game has to have a title and console so those fields would have to be delimited somehow in the text files. 3) After a code is submitted through the form I would need a way to verify that the codes are grammatically correct before they are visible to the public. So a verification page that would go through each submitted cheat, so that I can easily edit anything I might have to. 4) Since dynamic pages can be a strain on a server once it gets a significant amount of traffic, I would like the pages to be built perhaps once a day or when I need to update the database from the database into static pages. Not only will this alleviate the server load but it will also help the pages get picked up by the search engines better. When the pages are built, appropriate titles, meta tags, keywords, etc. would be helpful so that the search engine positions are better. 5) A control panel of sorts would be nice so that I can add consoles if I need to, edit specific aspects of the data if I need to make a sudden change, rebuild the pages, edit the headers and footers perhaps for the cheat code listings, etc. 6) The database must also be browsable via the web. So an index listing per console, divided into a page per each letter of the alphabet the game begins with (and a page if it begins with a number) should be built. 7) A search engine for the codes would be nice but it is optional. Also later on for the homepage of this site, I would like to have perhaps a listing of the latest cheats added, etc. I already have a domain, server, layout, and website for this project and a traffic base and a staff to submit cheats and guides. All I need is a programmer to help build the basic database and cheat engine.
