Once I also had the same problem for my Android game.I know the solution. And I'm aware about Admob too. Not a big deal. I can rectify your application

As you have posted, I have good sound of background running service as well integrating startapp advertising platform I have already impleted in my application. When app install into device, I can hide app icon and also app will running in background with specific time interval we can fire push signal also and show advertising. You have provide lack description so this is rough coat for the project. It may negotiate. Once you will provide details description then I will give perfect cost for that.
