Mobile-First Multi-tenant Appointment System

My name is Johnson. I am a software engineer but as you know, I can't do everything all by myself. So I need other developers to work with me so i can maintain their output. I need an appointment booking and management system. There will be two main categories of users. Consumers and Providers. As a Consumer, 1. I can visit a Provider's URL(such as [login to view URL]) 2. I can view the Provider's availability on a Calendar 3. I can click an available date on the calendar to book an appointment 4. I can choose from the list of services the user provides and see descriptions and pictures associated to any service selected. 5. If the provider requires certain (form) questions to be answered before booking, I can fill in the data. 6. I can book the appointment and get reminded at a given time before my appointment. As a Provider 1. I can maintain a portfolio of services I offer 2. I can maintain dynamic-forms (or questions) for consumers to fill depending on which service the choose. Forms may be filled in multiple steps. Electronic Payment Form may be added as the last Step (depending on configuration). 3. I can maintain the list of staff working for me (if any) 4. I (and each member of my staff) can maintain our availability and service-time-slot information on the calendar. Absences (due to holidays, etc) will also be maintainable on the calendar 5. Consumers can view my service availability (and each member of staff if enabled) 6. If enabled, Consumers can book appointment directly with any available member of staff, otherwise the Consumer simply books with the me and either I manually allocate consumer to staff member or it is automatically done. 7. I can set up reminders and notifications to customers (SMS/Email/Call) based on the service they selected and/or answers provided to one/more question(s) in the forms they filled. 8. When a customer visits, I can check them in and put them on my waiting list (or the list of staff member with whom they booked an appointment). Once done, i can check them out. 9. I can setup advertisement to show on my page to visitors. 10. I can very necessary reports. Note: Features (2, 3, 7 and 9) would be for premium providers only.
