Mobile App for an event

Language: English and Arabic Development: iOS and Android Api: All apis will be provided by me App Functions and Screens Home Screen / Landing Screen Home screen will have following sections: Featured events Today’s events Upcoming events Event Categories Irrelevant sections will not appear in the home screen. E.g. “Today’s events” section will not be shown if there is no event on that day. Event Listing Screen This will be the screen where all events are listed. There will be a search bar and filter menu to filter out events based on following criteria: Categories (dance, music etc.) Tags (Free events, Family events etc.) Timing (Between date and time intervals) Venue Search bar will allow users to search events by name Each event will show an link/button to book it if it is a paid event Each event listing will have an option to bookmark it and to share it. bookmarked events will have highlighted bookmark icon. Text search for event names Event Details Screen Event details page will have details of events like: Event name Pictures Venue Timing If the event requires ticket, it will have a ticket booking link/button to take to ticket booking screen. There will be option(icons) to Bookmark Share Link to navigation using Google Maps Notifications List Screen Notifications list screen will have a list of all notifications that were pushed to user through the app. On clicking pushed notification, user will be taken to notifications list screen. Each notification in the list will take the user to relevant screens. Bookmarks Screen This will be similar to Events List Screen with only bookmarked events in the list. Unlike Events List Screen, there won’t be filters here. bookmarked events will be listed chronologically. There will be bookmark button (for unfavoriting), share button, tags etc just like in Events List Screen. Contact Us / Feedback This screen will have a contact form for the users to contact SOC with queries, concerns and other feedbacks. There will be following fields: Full name Email address Subject Message Send button There will be other details like: Event address, location Contact details of event e.g. email, phone number etc. Phone number in contact page will open up call screen on tapping Settings Screen Settings screen will have options to toggle on/off notifications from the app. Switch between languages (English/Arabic) Notification timings for notifiable events(1 day before the events, 3 hours before etc.). Notifiable events are following: Events for which user has subscribed for notifications by tapping notify button. Events which user has added as bookmark. Events for which user has booked tickets. Mini Map Screen An interactive map of a small area with points of interest like restaurants, Venues, Helpdesk etc. API Functions for Mini Map Screen Get Coordinates and names of points of interest Backend Functionalities Facility to enter and save coordinates and names of points of interest
