We are into Insurance and investment consultancy business since 1956 with an approx. customer base of about 1000 families. Our business and service approach has been conventional till date where in we have been maintaining policy records in excel sheets and providing info to our clients as and when asked. However, we wish to change this approach and provide our customer with real-time data and provide them with an option to push service requests to us from the comfort of their home. in this regard, we are looking to launch an app which can provide our clients access with restricted modification options to data maintained in our records and be able to raise service requests directly.
