iPhone messaging application

I need an iPhone application to be developed. This is the first part in the development of the App. it is very very simple. I have attached a flowchart of how the App will work. Essentially it is an app that allows the user to send a message to another user. The message is not instant like imessage. The sender writes their message and this is stored on the server. When the sender presses "Send" the app will generate a message code. This code is then written down by the sender. The receiver then can in their time enter the code into their app and receive the message. It sounds strange but I do have an use for this application! I will reveal more to successful bidders later. The app does not need to have a design at this stage, it can just use the generic iOS basic UI. I need you to build the app and the back end. I will host on a shared server eventually.
