HTTP Post call with Ionic Native Http connection Error Android

Need help with fixing couple of issues in Icon mobile development. 1. Not able to get http connection in some android versions. problem described below 2. Apple not able to display data in some iphones. I am trying to make an HTTP Post call with Ionic Native Http and cordova-advanced-http-plugin. The call works on some android devices, but I am getting an error on others, and the call never goes through.
