I'm not entirely clear on how your app and site are supposed to work with the profiles and polling. Do you have wireframes / screen mockups that show the different screen and features step by step (even scanned sketches on a sheet of paper would be useful). I will develop for you: - a native iOS app (iOS 7/8, iPhone 4 and up, iPad 2 and up) - a responsive website - the backend systems (database) that are common to both For the site and backend, do you want to host them yourself, or would you prefer a turnkey solution? If the former, do you have any technology requirements (OS, language, framework, database...)? If the latter, there will be a recurring cost for hosting and maintenance, do you have estimates of the traffic you expect so I can give you a price? The time quote does not include validation time by Apple (about a week, more if they have any issues). You will need your own iOS Developer Program subscription.
