magento and october cms module

So i would like to use these to platforms, laravel is amaing and octobercms has done the hard work. The system then takes all address and adds them to grasshopper opensource api, to guide the best [login to view URL] we use this depends on features of api. does api use gps to navigate, so can driver then just follow the map? if so great. The list is then re-organized according to the new route planned. there should be a button next to each customer. one to say delivery complete. which will update the admin home delivery page overview. The second is a text message button using nexmo api. one pressed it send a message to the customer saying eg. "we are 20min away".
