Javascript, Binance api post order request (Need help with debugging)

I've wrote a piece of code to post an order to Binance api. I'm getting 404 error. Binance docs state: (HTTP 4XX return codes are used for for malformed requests; the issue is on the sender's side.) I have derived (probably incorrectly) from the official node.js version ([login to view URL]) .But I do not want to work with node.js. I can't figure out what i'm doing wrong. Relatively new to JS. This project is simply helping me by getting this script to work. Official documentation: [login to view URL] All other resources used are zipped and attached. You will need to register in binance to get your own api key and api secret. Please bid only if you can do this. There is not much more information I can give you after you've bid. Running from local machine (directly from browser, no server or localhost), just FYI. Thank you in advance.
