Adjustment in javascript scroll mechanism in Wordpress site

Adjustment in javascript scroll mechanism, that uses [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] libraries, in a Wordpress theme. Possible made with Laravel (not sure). Current scenario: - Website uses a html button or keyboard arrows to navigate between page sections, which are fixed as window height. - Mousewheel scrolls through section's content without changing section. Once section content reaches its end, next section becomes visible. Goal: - To make button and keyboard arrows behave just like Mousewheel currently does, navigating through section's content before 'jumping' to next section. Job neads accomplishment asap.
