Small java converter program

I would like you to create a small program which can convert a binary number into a decimal number convert a decimal to a binary In order to accomplish this you will need to create one Converter class No need for a main method In this class you need the following methods a powers method(I would like you to make your own) higher level use recursion a binary to decimal method a decimal to binary method All methods need to have appropriate parameters and they will all need to return a value (the answer) for those who wish to get a 6-7 you will need to push it further You can create a hexadecimal converter to binary decimal if you do to decimal you can then actually use your decimal to binary converter to convert hex to binary. Or create a method which can do any base system (up to 16) and convert it to decimal try adding a text based interface using while loop to ask questions and read inputs or using a UI Javafx
