I am seeking to put an application process online, using Oracle Policy Automation. We need to automate a fairly straightforward questionnaire (some fields mandatory, others dynamically generated based on answers given above). Based on responses to the form, I then need to (1) automatically generate some documents (basically, a mail-merge populating an existing template with some of the answers from the questionnaire), and (2) enable a review process, for human experts to raise questions about the application (including the auto-generated documents), which can be answered by the applicant (possibly 2-3 rounds of review). The system must allow some sort of access control, in three ways: (a) integrate with our local SSO, so only our staff can submit applications; (b) have a whitelist of possible reviewers (about 50 individuals); (c) applications from different departments are assessed by different committees, but the actual application and review process is completely identical. Ideally, one unified application process, with the completed applications visible to the correct whitelist subset of reviewers, depending on which department is dealing with it. I have a clear idea of the questions and logic for the dynamically generated questionnaire, and the requirements for the review workflow. We aready have OPA license and Oracle Service Cloud (for other projects). I just need help getting it done! Start date: 1 July End date: mid-September (including rounds of stakeholder consultation, test use, etc) I am applying for funding to cover this work so I'd need a quote from you by 15 April.
