File organised desktop app

Please provide some details about the Organizer application that needs to be developed. Will it store some Folders having files in specific executable ?

Have already developed multiple software like auto scanning images archival and communication system in which scanned images (>500/day) are kept and organized according to designed folder hierarchy. But plz u need to be a bit more specific that what sort file management system u need. Will develop in vb6/vb.net. If m clear in requirements then will take 3 -5 days to present you the software.
