Our gateway tech stack • Java, Struts, Spring boot with MVC, Angular, Html, CSS • Web services using restful services (JSON) and SOAP • Oracle 11/12g/19C OLTP database • Linux and Solaris OS; Apache tomcat; Load balancers; PKI Security standards • PADSS Job Description in Detail Position 1 - Credit Card Product SME- Consultant Role Roles & Responsibilities • Lead a team of engineers (up to ~10) to design, and deliver high-quality 24x7 production level applications • Guide the development team and support complete knowledge on the product work flow, Credit card life cycle from customer onboarding till the post maintenance activities. • Hire, retain and develop team members to grow organization abilities in technical, collaboration and leadership areas; Mentor team and stake-holders to achieve self-organized Scrum teams • Improve SDLC, and engineering processes within the team and department through collaboration with Scrum Master, and leadership • Improve architecture and reduce technical debts through active leadership in design, and project planning and development • Engage with product, business and senior management to improve technical design aligned to business/operations tactical and strategic needs • Support to Develop, implement, Improve scalability of the product beyond current capabilities in size and functionalities. • Technical hands on in code reviews, and software design. Programming and coding, provide expertise knowledge to the team for trouble shooting production issues and ensure meeting delivery timelines. • Should possess excellent communication skill in English written and verbal. • Have recurring meeting with team on regular basis and ensure product meets global standard that meets global market requirements & PCI requirements • Complete product knowledge has to be given to the team with regular training. • Detailed product document has to be prepared and delivered to the team. • Proper knowledge transfer has to be given to the team till create detailed product handover document. • Responsible for building the Credit card product and create the architecture, business logic and solution process/work flow according to the product standard. Do recurring review with the team and ensure product coding standard is properly maintained. • Prepare test cases that complies the end to end product feature and requirement, liaise with the QA team and ensure its working. • Should own the responsibility till it release to the customer and run smoothly/stable in production without any hassles. Minimum qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. • Minimum 8 years of progressive software development roles in enterprise software applications in BFSI domain with related experience atleast 5 year in Credit Card product development. • Technical: Strong knowledge and experience in Java, Struts, Spring boot with MVC, Angular and experience in creating web services. Strong experience in oracle – Writing SQL Packages and Procedures. • Experience in ISO 8583 message would be a plus. • Practice of using SDLC; Adapting Scrum based process to high-secure and high-uptime applications • Well organized in software development planning, and a strong communicator; Ability to work under tight deadlines
