Artists for creating 15 Original Character are needed - sketchbook

I need an artist to depict / create 15 characters of my novel. The characters can be: Line art, gray scale or colored - cellshaded (your choice). Provide me a different quote for each case (line art, gray scale, colored) if the pricing is different. The theme of the sketches are going to be dark fantasy. Declares he has obtained all proper rights or licenses for all images used in creation of the Work. ii. Shall grant exclusivity of all commercial and non-commercial rights of the Work to the Client upon final payment receipt. iii. Retains the right to include the Work in her online portfolio or business promotion, but no reference will be made on the author’s name, book title or link to it. The image will be low resolution (72 dpi) and will have a watermark at the center. iv. Acknowledges he does not own or have right or title to the Book containing the Work, nor to receive any royalties on Book(s) sold, or derivative works containing the Work. v. Agrees to treat all information about the Book’s content as Confidential and not cause or permit such Confidential Information to be disclosed to any third party, until the book is published online by the Author. vi. Declares she will deliver the completed, painted Work in the time period of no more than 30 days after signing this contract. vii. Will provide updates with the Work progress to the Author every 3 – 4 days. The Artist hereby represents and warrants: i. He is the creator of the Work. ii. The work does not infringe any copyright, privacy rights, or legal rights of a third party. iii. The Work does not contain any unlawful material.
