Hello, pls. allow me to introduce my proposal for your project: i use VS2013 ultimate, i can set up your entire VPS to allow it to get VS projects deployed to or just set a VS project solution - upon your wish. I have several VPS machines in Microsoft Azure cloud to vhisc machines i deploy my VS solutions. I'm gonna need the VS solution .sln file and credentials to the VPS to complete the work.
