I will provide responsive templates in HTML5 to be used in Wordpress, utilising Guttenberg editor. I'm having a separate posting on Freelancer looking for a freelancer to provide those on regular basis so if you win the project you will work alongside the front-end developer to deliver the project sooner. This is a website for an estate agency. Each 'panel' like the homepage banner or a contact form, or 3 latest news panel needs to be a separate 'entity' so that it can be used and re-used when 'building' each page. Website will 'list' properties under different categories: location and current status (under development, for sale, etc.) so the user will be able to filter down the properties using those filters or when adding a panel admin will be able to specify which categories should be autoselected on entry. If however user changes the value, say change the location then the rest of 'dynamic' elements should switch to the new value and 'remember' it throughout the website until changed again. Before I can divulge more details, I will need a signed NDA followed by presentation of previous projects of a similar 'scale' and 'complexity' so no simple brochure websites please. If you've worked on agency websites of any kind, or e-commerce websites with advanced filtering system or any other websites (travel agency, dating, etc.) this is a project for you. The work will be done hand in hand with chosen front-end developer so if you win the project you will be required to use tools like SLACK or similar to communicate with him and myself on regular basis so that the work can go faster on the overall project. This is not a project where I will wait for all elements before the development can begin, this needs to be executed in parallel with the front-end developer.

We have gone through it and based on it we understand that it will be a property listing website and for this below are the key elements which we need to work on: - Admin panel : Who will add the property and will be responsible to manage it, may be there will be an access to the agent as well. - Front end section: which will list the property and it details. - Hopefully there will be a payment gateway integration in order to book the property.
