Build a Discord Channel & Bot

Discord Project / Bot Requirements- 1. Send a welcome message to each new member that joins the group 2. Doesn't allow new members to post in any channels aside from the general or permitted channel 3. Once the new member mentions a specific passphrase or command, the new member has access to the other channels 4. Members that spam or receive complaints will be muted for a specific amount of time 5. Automatically move Members from one group to other group based on the new members invited on his/her invitation. Invitations count should be able to customized by admin. For example: Group1: 1 – 20, Group1: 21 – 50, Group1: 51 – 100, Group1: 101 – 250 likewise. Admin should be able to customize the invitation count, group names, adding new groups for higher invitations. 6. Regular Publishing of Selected Crypto Coin prices, % Change, Volume etc information 7. Experience/Ranking System 8. Publish message At set intervals to the different groups 9. Integrate Discord to Telegram User id to post messages 10. Personalized Avatar 11. Manually add or delete any users or groups we want from a certain channel such as admin or BOT group or User groups. 12. Many open source bots are available which it can be built upon, e,g Mee6 etc and other open source bots. Need a stable bot with many features 13. Too picky with scripting languages as long as all requirements can be met and we have the flexibility to evolve the bot as needed in the future. 14. Easy to maintain, Customize & Enhance the Discord channel Source code must also be provided and full payment will be released by milestone once the program has been received, fully tested with any and all bugs fixed.
