Good afternoon. I'm a personal trainer and have recently decided to try and pursue my goal of establishing a fitness blog / website. Unfortunately, I have little to no knowledge on the IT side of things so we'd be starting from scratch. Included in the website: nutritional advice, workout programs and a small section for motivational items. Ideally, I would also need to have a check out section where people would buy programs and be able to check out directly through the online cart.
