Urgent - Design and develop two simple wordpress based websites

We need two simple WordPress websites urgently designed and developed and put online within a week of time. Website 1: Will simply list a number of personalities in the top menu. A slider will slide images of each personality one by one. Clicking on the link in the top menu for each personality will load a profile page for that personality (Picture, Name, Profession, Biography, History etc etc). The information on the profile page must be in the form of a sequence of headigs and sub-headings. The admin panel should allow adding/updating/deleting the personality profiles. I can think of the personality profiles as blog posts, following a specific template (like an article etc). Website 2: Will be a detailed biography about a specific personality. The main page will show a top menu listing all the sections of the person's biography. The main page will show a big picture of the personality (on left side under the top menu) and a summary about the personality (on right side of the picture). Then clicking each link in the top menu will load the specific details about the personality. Each section of the details will show the name and picture of the personality on left side and a detailed article kind of information on the right side. I am imagining the information to be a blog post following a specific template/theme. This website will have a form like Contact Us, where people will be able to post simple details to us (via an outgoing email to our provided email id). The design of both of the websites has to be neat, clean and professional, but not necessarily very shiny and unique. This is a quick job and needs to be done as fast as possible by keeping the balance between quality and quick turn around.
