The objective of the portal is to create an online portal for your consultancy services from where the customers/company can avail homecare service worker and disability service worker. 1. Candidate: a candidate may register and create an account. To support the credibility and work experience, a candidate may upload the experience certificate, resume, and other details. The administrator/owner of the system can review the candidate profile, ascertain the credibility (via offline method) and approve or decline the same. The approved candidate list will be added to the pool of the workforce. The list of candidates will not be visible to the customer or company. The information will only be viewable by the administrator. 2. Set category and skillset: based on the credibility, the administrator will segregate the registered candidates into various type of service category. The administrator may also define the skillset of each candidate. The skillset will depend on the category. The entire process will be managed by the administrator only. 3. Customer: the system will allow two types of customer (1) Individual customer (2) Company. A customer/company representative can register and create an account. From the account panel, the customer/company representative can do the following tasks a) Set client lists (applicable to company representative) b) Submit a request for service by selecting a category and service duration, a number of service worker required. c) View the candidates who are presently working with him or worked before. 4. The administrator can view the quote request received with respect to different types of services. The administrator may approve a service request based on the available candidates. If the candidates are available, then the administrator will assign the candidates with respect to service requests and quote for the payment. The corresponding customer/company representative will receive the payment link. the candidates whom the administrator has assigned with the job will receive an SMS notification. 5. View payable about to candidates: based on the assigned order, a candidate will be entitled to receive payment for the administrator. The administrator can view the due/payable amount to each candidate.
