Sports Pack Motion Graphics

My client, one of Australia's premiere combat sports (Boxing, MMA, Muay Thai etc.) video producers requires a number of easily configurable High Definition (1920x1080) motion graphics for use on DVD and Cable TV broadcasts. Requirements: 1. Freelancer must design, create and modify custom graphics and motion, sample and final 1.1 There are NO custom logos or graphics provided, it must all be created 2. Freelancers must be proficient in Adobe expressions: 2.1 Composition text (fighter names/fights/losses etc.) MUST be obtained from reusable XML/TXT file 2.2 Fighter image file location MUST be obtained from same reusable XML/TXT file as able 2.3 Motion graphic widths to automatically expand/contract based on text (number of character) from file 3. Produce full HD frame motion graphics (with alpha channel) for overlay onto video stream Process: 1. Freelancer to design a number of sample graphic designs for consideration and approval 2. One complete After Effects composition project to be provided for ease of use testing and approval 3. Milestone reached and payment released (25%) 4. Remainder of projects completed and provided for testing and approval 5. Work instructions delivered 6. Final milestone payment released (75%) Deliverables: 1. While there may appear to be a large number of motion graphics to be delivered, they are quickly and easily duplicated by changing motion direction, colour (red/blue) and/or moving to the other side (left/right) of the screen. 2. All graphics are to be created using Adobe products e.g. Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro CC 3. All project files are to render HD sequences. 4. All sound, images, graphics, animated sequences and project files created/used to be provided. 5. Work instructions The graphics include: 1. Four x lower thirds 1.1 Red, left and right 1.2 Blue, left and right 2. Two x Tale of the Tape 2.1 Red, left and Blue, right 2.2 Blue, left and Red, right 2.3 Information displayed per fighter 2.3.1 Fighter images (stationary) 2.3.2 Name 2.3.3 No. Fights 2.3.4 No. Wins 2.3.5 No. Losses 2.3.6 No. Draws 3. Eighteen x countdown timers 5.1 Count up to 12 rounds at 3 min each 5.2 Count up to 6 rounds at 2 min each 5.3 Clock ticking @ 15 secs remaining and getting louder 5.4 Timer disappears @ 10 secs 4. Two short bumps, 1 x in and 1 x out of program, 1 to 3 seconds 5. One swipe transition
