Graphics Designer who can write content and make Marketing Material like logo improvement, brouchre and mailers

I have a web site and multiple products ( 8-10) and have separate website for 4-5 website. These sites were made 4-5 years ago and do not look professional and are not responsive. I want a graphic designer whom I can work on regular basis. I will pay a fixed charge every month. The developer will help me improve these website, improve marketing ( print ) material and brochures, logo improvement etc. I can explain the details on email or skype and developer will need to put some time in making the content right at times also writing content themselves as they may feel my content not upto the mark. I want the person to have marketing view and also little bit understanding and interest on IT and automation as these products falls in that category. Beside this I also want to use the services to get image/web page template for the software also to improve their look and feel. I do not have very high budgets so looking only for freelancer and not companies as I may not able to afford high price for the same. I can start with a subset of activity and beside a fixed price I am open to give some extra bonus when some projects require graphics template as I can charge client for the same. The budget I am putting is the money I can spend on weekly basis. Please let me know how much work you can do on weekly basis for me. I like to see some sample work. As we are not sure how it works for both of us, we can keep on weekly basis. I can share the website details and more info to candidates after I review the sample of work.
