Design an App Mockup -- 2

I'm looking for someone who can mock up a web-based enterprise application. Based on the user story we have created, we think we will need 8 pages designed as part of our mock up. We expect the 8 pages will be very simple to design, and the functionality displayed includes surveys, forms, data visualizations and business intelligence dashboards. We expect the design to be modern, clean and corporate. You must possess strong design skills, as well as have a strong background in UX/UI. Experience in designing enterprise solutions would be preferred. IP rights and design files must be transferred from the freelancer upon full completion of the project.
