Build Real estate website

Build a dynamic website, wordpress that is for selling real estate. I need to list houses, ones I put up myself. I can do it individually in a template form ( need template to add houses) , but it would be great if you had a way to import the data from a spreadsheet, possibly pull info from zillow giving the address. On the front page I want it to have Business info, a quick comment "Selling homes wholesale to investors" and then list the house in a grid like: [login to view URL] I would like a map search like: [login to view URL] I want the site visitors to have to sign in and create an account in order to see the info on the individual houses. They can see pics and asking price, but not address or contact info without signing on. The ability to mass upload homes from a spreadsheet, and pull info from zillow giving the address is something I want eventually. Let me know what you can do, please give examples, templates you would use and your price. I would like it built in a week.
