Web coder required to create desktop/mobile version of a homepage

I need a graphic designer/webpage coder to design a homepage for my website. ABOUT THE WEBSITE The purpose of the homepage is to present to users information about my website ... and make that information quickly accessible. The look of the background, footer and header are non-negotiable/changeable as that will be the look of the rest of the website but the info boxes and font type - you can decide. I need the information about the website divided into four info-boxes ... and a colour scheme that suitable to the header above and the page background (light blue, white, black to grey). I have provided two graphic files to give you an idea of the info-boxes look and what text to put inside of them. The design will need some type of animation - likely jquery - so that when you hover over a box with a subheading - the questions shows. If you click on a box - the questions show permanently until you click on another box. If you click on a question - the answer text shows. Overflow of text should be handled by having an overflow div inside of each info-box. PAYMENT Will not be made/released until the project is finished to my satisfaction. ABOUT MY CHOSEN FREELANCER My freelancer will have an eye for graphic design and be able to choose the colour and look/design of each info-box. My freelancer will be willing to keep adjusting the look of the website until I am satisfied it is finished, however, I am fairly easy to please.
