Logo for LED-displays (digital billboards) advertising company - MOCK UP1

A logo for a company that offers advertising on LED-displays (digital billboards). The company offers "green" advertising: the technologies we use are urban environment and nature friendly. The name of the company is ODNA and its name should be included in the logo. Also, it's desirable that the logo would give an unambiguous idea about our business. We need a SIMPLE (not many elements) logo, so that one could recognize it on the billboard from the distance while driving a car on a highway at night when it rains, for example. The logo is needed fast. We have already tried to hire a freelance company, but couldn't get the work done the proper way. So, we're re-posting the job and here's how we offer the terms of cooperation: 1) we search for more than 1 freelancer. We might ask potential freelancers to share their ideas on our logo, perhaps, providing simple sketches. 2) the freelancers who are awarded the job will be asked to submit at least 6 conceptually different (!) mock-up designs for the logo in no later than 2 days after the job was awarded. Please, don't send variations of the same idea (like usage of another font, font modification, etc). The mock-ups are needed so that we can evaluate the potential of the designer for the final deal. 3) for this mock-up first offer we pay 10 USD (in total) to each freelancer, so, please, bid no more than 10 USD for this job. (Disregard the Approximate Budget 20-100 USD rate which is set due to the system's limitations) 4) after we review the offered mock-ups we choose the designer for our logo, who, upon completion of the final work, will be paid 100 USD. As the result, you make only few mock-ups, get paid for these 10 USD, and, in case you're awarded the final logo job, you're paid 100 USD. Even if you don't get awarded the final job you don't waste your time and get the 10 USD for sketches without sweating too hard and only two days maximum of work. Moreover, after the completion of the final logo, we will need Stationery Branding. The freelancer selected for the final logo job has a high chance, but not promised to, to be awarded this other job which will be appropriately paid. IMPORTANT: We DO NOT intend to use any of the designs or ideas offered by those who wouldn't be selected for the final job. However, to avoid possible unpleasant further misunderstandings, it's the freelancer's responsibility to make sure she/he doesn't submit a mock-up variant that can be further used (like an original working file, for example). Hence, we encourage you to use the watermarks or any other means of protection of you work. NOTE: By bidding for this job you accept all of the terms determined above.
