Need Actionscript 3.0 Flash Games (Long Term Partnership)

I am the owner of [login to view URL] for this you guys can be guaranteed to be paid timely. I am looking to expand the collection of flash games for [login to view URL] to about 100 games by the end of this year. My budget for each games range between SGD100 to SGD500 depending on your proposed idea, concept, and your current portolio. Why am I looking for programmers here? Because I am looking at owning 100% ownership in these games, and I have a small budget not that sufficient for me to engage a studio to do it for me. What am I looking for? Original Idea (I am up to date myself on the current flash games so I will know if an idea is copied), good graphics, good sound, good game concept. Only AS3.0 flash games, because I am phasing out AS2 games. I need your games to be original, not copied or already sold to any parties. I need a splashscreen (intro animation with [login to view URL] logo) with footer links linking to [login to view URL] on the game screen and include my flash AD CODE which I will provide you. - Can view example of the splashscreen and links included in this game [login to view URL] for a better idea WHY WORK FOR ME? I believe in win-win and LONG TERM partnership. This initial launch here is for me to acquire all the list of game programmers and studios which I can trust. I got an even larger project coming up which I will only invite programmers who already completed flash jobs for me.
